The meter can realise prepaid mode by paying first and using later. It’s allowed to use overdraft power under good credit conditions, which realises a comfortable power consumption mode. The meter takes credit as its electricity billing. The electricity user purchases credit first, and the meter subtract remained credit. When the remained credit is 0 or the allowable overdraft credit agreed by both parties, it will send out signal of power off to control load switch automatically cut off. It takes STS algorithm to manage TOKEN. It has a complete security management system with a high security level and is fully compatible with other system that meet STATE standards.

It is an active electric energy meter in which users load in pre-purchased electricity and takes electricity as its billing to realize the functions of active energy measuring and prepayment control. The meter mainly includes measurement unit, real-time clock unit, loadswitch and other auxiliary equipment.
